Who convinced these other two characters they had a chance? And I'll show my ignorance on Birmingham politics, but what were the other two candidates promising to get such low support? Higher property taxes? Free 5 a.m. Weedeater wakeups for all voters? But we in the Tutor household are happy with the re-election of Mrs. Abbott. She impressed us greatly when she met with us on a Saturday to discuss a run-in we had with one of Southside's armed entrepreneurs. Way to go Valerie. Keep up the good work.
