Zzzzz vs. XXX
Mike travels a lot for his job. So when he came back a few days ago from L.A. on the redeye, all he wanted was a restful ride in a quiet corner in the tail section.
What he got was rowdy collegians.
I teased him, as he missed out on a chance to party with hot drunken co-eds on the overnight flight. But what can you do, with a wife and a baby waiting back home.
“Sleep is the new sex,” I said.
“No,” he replied, “sleep is the new sleep.”
Now, I’m rethinking his tagging along on guys’ night out at The Furnace. Who wants to stuff singles in G-strings while he’s snoring nearby?
