Alabamian Paul McDonald competes on
the 10th season of “American Idol.”
The lead singer of the Grand Magnolias has a bigger gig in 2011.
Paul McDonald performs weekly in front of a national audience as a finalist on “American Idol.” The Fox reality show offers the winner, based on audience votes, a recording contract.
McDonald was born in Auburn and graduated from Huntsville High School. The 26-year-old Nashville resident has released three albums with the Magnolias and its previous incarnation, Hightide Blues.
