  2. Does Birmingham have a vested stake in state constitutional reform? Why or why not?
  3. What steps would you take to immediately address violent crime?
  4. Name three neighborhoods that are taking innovative approaches to improving their communities.
  5. What book are you currently reading? OK, besides the Bible?
  6. What should be Mayor Kincaid’s priorities for the city in 2006?
  7. Should gambling — including dog racing, bingo and casinos with prize coupons — be allowed or banned in Birmingham?
  8. What is your plan to put the city in compliance with EPA standards on ozone levels?
  9. When was the last time you took the bus or trolley?
  10. Do you support a domed stadium?
