Vote 2016: Ballot harvest for October
By Wade KwonBirmingham-area voters have a couple of elections this month as a prelude to the big ballot on Nov. 8.
Tuesday: Residents will pick mayors in these runoffs from August’s municipal elections:
- Chelsea: Dale Neuendorf and Tony Picklesimer;
- Fairfield: Edward May II and Johnnie Wyatt;
- Graysville: Clark Julio Davis and Mary Sue Morgan;
- Hueytown:Â Delor Baumann and Steve Ware;
- Trussville: Buddy Choat and Anthony Montalto.
Also, city council runoff elections will take place in various suburbs. The winners will be sworn in Nov. 7.

Oct. 18: Birmingham residents will vote for officers of the 99 neighborhood associations. The officers serve 2-year terms.
