By Wade Kwon

I recommend seeing works by Trent Thomas, who will be set up at the Rogue Tavern parking lot. We’ve been acquainted for several years through the local music scene, and I’m pleased to have experienced his artwork musically and visually.

There are SO many artists I’m looking forward to seeing. Artwalk is a wonderful showcase for the city and for artists! But I’ve got to recommend Abi Lynne Wright, whose book art gives new life to old, discarded books. She’ll be showing at 2212 Second Ave. N., which is a space available for lease.
(In the interest of full disclosure, Abi and I used to be roommates.)

Thanks, Adam and Carla Jean. I did see both.
It was good to see my friends Sara Cannon, Brad Daly and Walt Stricklin.
And I was glad to see photos by Anna Mazurek and Bob Gile and prints by Katherine Linn.
Go check them out!
