My love of Birmingham knows no bounds. Today marks the eighth anniversary of this site, Wade on Birmingham.
While I may not always showcase the highlights and lowlights here, I have expanded into other channels so all can participate.
A rundown …
I still have my automated Twitter lists …
I share information about Birmingham daily via Twitter, which can be seen on the far right sidebar.
I’m not the only one managing social channels. You can see new views of Birmingham every hour through #InstagramBham.
Following one, some or all of these alternate sites will give you a fuller look at everything in Birmingham. This year has been a notable one in the city’s renaissance, from the Barons’ return downtown to the commemoration of the 1963 civil rights events to the celebration of winning All-America City.
I have continued my work with the Alabama Social Media Association and created a new conference here called Y’all Connect.
My work continues. Our work continues. After more than 4,000 posts on this site, I still have much to share, and so many more ways to do so.
Thanks for following along.
