Noah Galloway tries cha cha on Week 1 of ‘Dancing with the Stars’

to OneRepublic’s “I Lived.”

Alabaster’s Noah Galloway strutted onto the reality competition stage earlier this evening for the 20th season premiere of “Dancing with the Stars.” Paired with trainer Sharna Burgess, he danced the cha cha to the praise of the four judges.

The couple scored 26 out of 40 points, placing them in a tie for fifth place.

The standings for Week 1:

  • 1. 32 points: Rumer Willis
  • 2. 31 points: Riker Lynch
  • 3. 30 points: Nastia Liukin
  • 4. 28 points: Robert Herjavec
  • 5. (tie) 26 points:Noah Galloway, Michael Sam, Chris Soules
  • 8. (tie) 25 points: Patti LaBelle, Willow Shields, Suzanne Somers
  • 11. (tie) 22 points: Charlotte McKinney, Redfoo

The show returns next Monday with the voting results, the elimination and the next round of dancing.
